Fridge Bait is a service of Fracs LLC, 204 12th Street, Suite 208, Des Moines, IA 50309. This page explains what we collect on fridgebait.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the founding-agent form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, brokerage, the plan, billing and kit style you picked, and any note. We also record which part of the page you sent it from and any campaign tag in the link you followed.

If you use the agent client book, we also keep your profile, the households you add, your monthly notes and letters, and which kits were mailed.

How we track visits

We run our own software, called LeadLens, built and operated by Primortul LLC, the company that owns Fracs. It is a visitor-identification tool, and we would rather say so plainly.

For each visit it records the pages you look at and the page that linked you here. It then attempts to work out who you are: technical details of your visit, including your IP address, are matched against a third-party data provider, People Data Labs, which may return an organization and, where its data allows, an individual with a name, job title, employer and business contact details. Where a match is found we keep that record and it may be emailed to us. If you send the sample kit form, the details you type are attached to your visit.

The same software runs on other websites operated by Primortul LLC, and records may be associated across them. It sets no cookies, and it honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends either, nothing loads and nothing is recorded. The agent client book does not run it. You can ask us to delete anything LeadLens has matched to you, and we will.

How we use it

• To reply to you, mail you a sample kit and set up a call.
• To run your plan if you sign up.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Form entries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. Both process data on our behalf.

Email is sent through Resend. Letter drafts are written with Anthropic's Claude from an agent's own notes and profile; client names and addresses are never sent to it. Payments, once you start a plan, are handled by Stripe.

Your mailing list

If you become a member, the client list you give us is used only to mail your kits. We never mail your clients anything else and never share the list. Anyone who asks to stop receiving mail is removed that month.

Write to bonnie@tangrm.com to see, correct or delete what you sent us. We will do it and confirm by email.
